• What are the opening hours of the wellness center?

  The wellness area is open daily from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The swimming pool and fitness center are open daily from 07:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

• Are towels available in the wellness area?

  Extra towels for the wellness area are ready in your room. Bathrobes and slippers are available for rent at the reception.

• Is it mandatory to wear swimwear in the wellness center?

  Yes, swimwear is mandatory in our wellness facilities.

• What house rules apply in the wellness center?

  Read our general house rules and wellness rules here.

• What is the policy for children in the wellness center?

  The wellness area is accessible to children. However, children under the age of 16 are only permitted access when accompanied by an adult.

• Are there separate changing rooms for children and families at the wellness center?

  At the wellness area, there are no separate changing rooms specifically for children or families. You can use the public changing room, where you can safely store your belongings in a locker, and the separate changing cubicles.

• Is use of the wellness center included in the stay?

  Yes, use of the swimming pool is included in the stay. You do not need to make a reservation for this and can use it freely.

• Is the wellness center accessible to outside guests?

  No, the wellness facilities are exclusively accessible to guests staying at the hotel.

• Is it possible to use the wellness facilities before check-in or after check-out?

  It is not possible to use the wellness facilities before check-in time. However, you can use the wellness facilities after check-out. Our reception will create a special pass for you for this purpose.

• What wellness treatments can I book?

  You can choose from various wellness treatments, such as relaxation massages, facials, and combination treatments.

• Is it possible to book wellness treatments for outside guests?

  No, the wellness treatments can only be booked by guests staying at the hotel.

• Is it possible to book a wellness treatment if you are pregnant?

  Yes, that is possible. We offer a Mommy (to be) facial with a partial massage or foot care. Depending on the trimester you are in, we will adjust the massage to your wishes in consultation.

  Every pregnancy is different, which is why the treatment can be tailored to your personal needs. Upon arrival, your wishes will be discussed with the practitioner.

• From what age is it possible to book a wellness treatment?

  It is possible to book a wellness treatment from the age of 16.

• Can I enter the wellness center wearing regular shoes?

  The wellness area may only be entered wearing slippers or barefoot. In the fitness center, you must wear sports shoes that have only been worn indoors.

• Do I need to make a reservation for the wellness center?

  No, reservations are not necessary. The wellness area is open from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and the indoor pool and fitness center from 07:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

• Am I allowed to consume food and drinks in the wellness center?

  It is not permitted to consume food or drinks. However, there is a tap available where you can drink water.
