Cancellation
The 3=2 packages are offered on a flexible rate basis. You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. If you cancel or amend your booking after this deadline, 100 per cent of the booking value will be charged. Payment must also be received 24 hours before arrival; if payment is not received, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellation by Van der Valk
In addition to the UVH, Van der Valk is entitled to terminate the reservation agreement if there are well-founded fears or a concrete threat that the event will cause an unsafe situation for guests and / or staff.
