Your table for Christmas dinner is reserved at 8:00 PM as standard. It is possible to move your reservation to the 4:00 PM seating, based on availability.
Cancellation
Christmas packages can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations or changes after this time will be charged 100% of the reservation value.
Cancellation by Van der Valk
In addition to the UVH (Economic and Health Insurance Act), Van der Valk is entitled to terminate the reservation agreement if there is a well-founded concern or a concrete threat that the event will create an unsafe situation for guests and/or staff.
