Lunch buffet

Enjoy the varied selection of hot and cold dishes at our lunch buffet!

Due to renovations in our restaurant, it will no longer be possible to make reservations for our lunch buffet starting in April 2026. Our renovated restaurant will reopen in mid-June.

From Monday to Friday between 12:00 and 14:00, we invite you to our delicious lunch buffet. The buffet offers a delicious selection, including:

• Soup of the day
• Various sandwiches and types of bread
• Salads and cold cuts
• Various sweet spreads
• Hot dishes, prepared à la minute by our chefs
• Dessert buffet

The lunch buffet includes coffee, tea, fresh orange juice and smoothies.

Price information:

• Adults: € 27.50
• Children 4 - 12 years: € 17.00
• Children 0 - 3 years: free
  

Good to know:

• In the event of insufficient interest, Valk Exclusief Hotel Middelburg reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the reservation.
• During public holidays, the summer and Christmas holidays, we do not serve a standard lunch buffet.
• It is possible to discuss your table preference when booking. We cannot confirm these preferences in advance.
• Our kitchen is happy to take your dietary requirements into account. We kindly ask you to inform us of this when making your table reservation.
• Only one invoice can be provided per reservation. The bill cannot be split at the table.
• Our rate is based on an age category, if your participation in the buffet is reduced due to personal circumstances, we do not apply a child rate.
