End your weekend with our delicious Sunday brunch!

Due to renovations in our restaurant, it will no longer be possible to make reservations for our Sunday brunch starting in April 2026. Our renovated restaurant will reopen in mid-June.

Between 00:30 PM and 03:00 PM, we welcome you with a sparkling aperitif, after which you can enjoy an extensive buffet with a varied selection of dishes, including:

• Daily changing soup
• Various starters such as carpaccio and smoked salmon
• Various luxury rolls, bread types and toppings
• Fish and meat dishes, prepared à la minute by our chefs
• Warm buffet with a varying assortment such as fish and meat dishes, potato garnish, rice or pasta and warm vegetables
• Fresh salads
• Choice of delicious mini desserts and fresh fruit

The lunch buffet includes coffee, tea, fresh orange juice and smoothies.

• Children 4 - 12 years: € 19.75
• Children 0 - 3 years: free
  

Good to know:

• In the event of insufficient interest, Valk Exclusief Hotel Middelburg reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the reservation.
• During public holidays, the summer and Christmas holidays, we do not serve a standard lunch buffet.
• It is possible to discuss your table preference when booking. We cannot confirm these preferences in advance.
• Our kitchen is happy to take your dietary requirements into account. We kindly ask you to inform us of this when making your table reservation.
• Only one invoice can be provided per reservation. The bill cannot be split at the table.
• Our rate is based on an age category, if your participation in the buffet is reduced due to personal circumstances, we do not apply a child rate.
