This online room directory provides you with more information about our hotel and its immediate surroundings. For questions and information you can contact our hotel reception at any time. Our reception can be reached by telephone 24 hours a day, dial number 9 on your telephone in the room.

If - despite our commitment to make your stay excellent - you encounter a problem, it is best to report this immediately so that we can look for a solution together with you.

• BATHROBES
  Bathrobes can be rented at the reception. We kindly request you to return it. If this is not done, the deposit will not be released.
• BIKE RENTAL
  You can rent a standard bicycle for €17,50 per day or opt for an E-Bike for €27,50 per day. More information can be found here.
• FITNESS
  When entering the fitness room, we kindly ask you to wear shoes that are only worn indoors. The fitness room is open from 07:00 am to 11:00 pm.
• HOUSEKEEPING
  All hotel rooms are cleaned daily. If you hang a 'do not disturb' sign on the door, the cleaning will be skipped that day. If you still want cleaning later in the day, please contact our reception.
• HOUSE RULES
  We have house rules for you and our safety. When you stay at Hotel Middelburg, you agree to our house rules. You can view it here.
• JEU DE BOULES TRACK
  The jeu de boules court is located in the courtyard. You can rent a jeu de boules set at the reception for a deposit of €20,00.
• CLIMATE CONTROL
  HERE you will find the manual for the climate control in our hotel rooms.
• SAFE
  In every room and suite there is a safe in which you can keep your valuables. You close the safe by entering a personal 4-digit code and pressing '#'. When the safe is closed, enter the same code to open it. Please leave the safe door open when you leave. The management does not accept any liability for loss or theft of valuables.
• EXTRA PILLOWS
  In the closet you will find an extra pillow. This one is less thick than the pillows on the bed.
• NETFLIX
  Are you staying in a Deluxe room or one of our theme suites? Then it is possible to log in to your own Netflix account via the app on your smart TV. Once you check out of the room, you will be automatically logged out.
• PLAYGROUND
  The playground is located next to the terrace at the rear of the hotel. While the children are playing, you have the option of taking a seat on the terrace.
• CLEANING & LAUNDRY
  It is possible to have your clothes cleaned. You will find a form and a laundry bag for this in the wardrobe in your room. If you hand in the laundry at the reception before 10:00, you will have it back the same day. The cost for washing/steaming clothes is at least €10,00. We do not offer laundry service on weekends and public holidays.
• IRON
  An iron can be borrowed from reception.
• KETTLE
  You can make tea through the coffee maker, this water runs through a separate pipe. If you prefer a kettle, you can borrow it at the reception.
• WIFI
  Free wireless internet is available in the entire building. The network name is 'KPN'. You do not need a password for this. When you connect to the KPN network, a pop-up appears in which you must accept the conditions. After you have accepted the conditions you can make unlimited use of our free wireless network. • SWIMMING POOL
  It is forbidden to jump and/or dive into the pool. The pool is open daily from 07:00 am to 11:00 pm.
